The nite of friday may 20

Well,we again had a blast doing just what God has called us to do.
We had an awsome service at the union gospel mission, our music team from king's church in vancouver wash. did an awsome job, pastor vick and his family absolutely enjoy praising God.
The message primarily focused on the simplicity of the gospel,Christs two commandments, from matt ch#22 V37-40,the importance of love 1st john ch#4.
We again asked all in attendance what more we can do to make a difference, this led into some great interactive conversation, reguarding mentoring, job skill training availability, and individual follow up.
Our walk on the street went very well,we got to cultivate existing relationship's and we met several new folk's as well, closing in on summer we really see more and more youth on the street's and most are really good kid's just a bit misdirected, the meth problem does seem to be more evident, not just the youth but middle age adult's as well.
I praise God and thank him for all the workers he has sent to downtown portland, the folks at liberation church, pastor marshall's team with bridgetown ministries(www.bridgetownministries.com)we really look foward to running team's of youth this summer thru the downtown area with bridgetown.
We really appreciate your prayers, and with the Spirit of the one true living God we will make a difference!!!!.

Stay tuned pic's of our adventure's coming soon,

All are welcome to participate

We at his hands his feet ministries hit the streets of downtown portland friday nites to minister to the homeless, drug addicts, prostitutes, the people society would rather not think about with food, juice clothes, bibles, resource lists for clothing, shelter, medical aid vet.affairs, employment ect..
We weep not only for them but for today's church to rise up ,as born again believers we are all called to the ministry of reconcillation,to function in the part of the body of Christ God has set before each one of us.
I love the saying"the gospel comforts the afflicted and afflicts the comfortable, this walk will not always be easy but it will be rewarding,if you would like to join us some friday nite let us know we would love to have you.

May you be numbered as one of his own,
Ken Martin
